Personalized Memo Board

Hey Guys!
So today I want to share a super easy craft with you that will match your personality and room as well as help you remember events coming up. In all this project will cost about 13.00 at Walmart, but remember you or people you know may have extra frames, fabric or markers laying around.  Below is a picture example of one I have on my desk and the instructions on how to make this cute bulletin board!
Sorry for the mess on my desk!

You Will Need:

  • A small piece of fabric
  • A picture frame (9 x 12)
  • A Dry Erase Marker
1) Pick up a small piece of fabric, about a foot or so, for your board.  I used purple since it is my favorite color and matches my dorm room.  Also grab a picture frame 9 x 12 or larger with preferably glass in it (plastic may stain from the marker).  Lastly grab some dry erase markers in any color you know will show up on the board.  Also if you want something a little more funky get black material and neon dry erase markers.

2)  Open up the frame and attach the fabric to the cardboard or card stock insert (you may need to cut your own insert so be sure to check and see if there is one in the frame before leaving the store).  You can either attach the fabric with tape or staples, just make sure the fabric facing the glass is flat and wrinkle/ripple free.  Put the fabric and cardboard back in the frame once they are attached and close the frame up.

3) Now write all your "Remember To's" on the board with your dry erase marker.  Easy right?  These also make great gifts and additions to common areas when you need to leave notes for roommates.
